The taste of cold noodles is moderate, but the noodles themselves are not so strong - personally prefer the cold noodles in Chongqing Mala City.

The final dessert is the flavor of the street stalls familiar to the locals in Sichuan and Shu-glutinous rice ice powder. The ice powder and water are specially brought from Sichuan to mix and stir in an appropriate ratio. When it is naturally set, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with brown sugar juice. There are also mango and crushed peanuts. The taste of ice powder is more unpredictable than pudding and jelly.
