Ten Step Master Chocolate Spread with Strawberry

Materials:

Strawberries, all kinds of chocolate (dark chocolate, milk chocolate, white chocolate), butter, crushed almonds, crushed walnuts (can be changed according to personal preference)

You can also use baking chocolate. Baking chocolates are usually small particles and do not need to be cut. But there are fewer brands and not many flavors. It's still based on personal taste. Chery prefers Godiva's chocolates.

 

Step decomposition:

1: The strawberries are cleaned and dried with a paper towel. Chopped nuts in a bowl. Prepare a pot of boiling water, and set a piece of parchment paper on the baking sheet and set aside.

Tip: It is better to keep strawberries in the refrigerator for a while, and the chocolate will dry faster.

2: The metal bowl stand is on the boiling water.

Tip: Water cannot touch the bottom of the bowl, it just needs the heat provided by the steam to melt the chocolate.

 

3: Scoop the chocolate into small pieces, throw it into a metal bowl, and put in a small piece of butter. Keep stirring until the chocolate and butter have melted.

5: If you like hazelnuts outside, you can dip them in chocolate and roll them in a hazelnut bowl.

Tip: Be sure to allow time for the chocolate to set a little, otherwise the bowl of crushed nuts will be filled with chocolate sauce and the crushed nuts will not stick.

 

6: According to your preference, you can wrap different chocolates and different nuts. Chery today made milk chocolate, dark chocolate, and walnut and almonds. Tip: Choose a proper angle and put it down so that the strawberry won't roll around.

7: When you're done, put the strawberries in the refrigerator. About 1-2 hours.

9: Chocolate should be frozen. After freezing completely, you can move to cold storage.
