The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) said in a notice on February 2 that PepsiCo had recalled more than 19 cases of Starbucks coffee drinks because glass was found in some of the drinks.

According to the FDA, Starbucks has recalled more than 2,5000 cases of vanilla Frappuccino and more than 300,000 bottles.
The New York Times stated that it has not yet received reports of whether anyone was injured, and it is not clear how the glass was found.PepsiCo said in a statement that the product in question would be removed from the market immediately.
PepsiCo stated that if consumers have purchased the recalled beverages, please contact Starbucks or the supermarket to return them immediately.so as not to eat the glass.According to the FDA, ingesting shards of glass can cause a variety of injuries, including mouth and throat lacerations, tooth damage and intestinal perforation.
