What is Chicago Chef Week?

Although a good restaurant may not always have Michelin stars, but with the guarantee of stars, at least in terms of service, presentation, and deliciousness, you will not be disappointed. There are 5 restaurants with one Michelin star in Chicago Chef Week.

BLACKBIRD

The one-Michelin-starred restaurant, BLACKBIRD, is located at the eastern start of the Randolph Street dining district in Chicago. The decor contrasts with its name, with clean white walls and tablecloths paired with light gray floors and ceilings. The upper semi-open kitchen and mini bar make people feel very comfortable.The restaurant design has won the JAMES BEARD FOUNDATION AWARD James Beard Award.Chef DAVID POSEY also entered the semi-finals of the Best Emerging Chef of the Year.

At first glance, I thought it was a coffee shop, which was very elegant.
