What is Chicago Chef Week?

Simply put, Chicago Chef Week is a curated version of Chicago Restaurant Week.As the name suggests, the participating restaurants are all run by chefs. BLACKBIRD
The one-Michelin-starred restaurant, BLACKBIRD, is located at the eastern start of the Randolph Street dining district in Chicago. The decor contrasts with its name, with clean white walls and tablecloths paired with light gray floors and ceilings. The upper semi-open kitchen and mini bar make people feel very comfortable.The restaurant design has won the JAMES BEARD FOUNDATION AWARD James Beard Award.Chef DAVID POSEY also entered the semi-finals of the Best Emerging Chef of the Year.
At first glance, I thought it was a coffee shop, which was very elegant.

When the weather is good, the outdoors is full of people at noon.

This year's new star.Compared to the previous two stores, Dusek's is much younger.Mainly brunch and hand-brewed beer.A popular landmark for young people to have a drink after get off work and eat brunch on weekends.But since getting one star, the queue has been longer.
