Instructions for receiving health package

1. The health package is for Chinese students studying in China (including students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan), one for each person. The number is limited and registration is required. Total students3500Share, Non-university students (university students without school federation in LA area or primary and secondary school students)200Copies, first served first. Graduation alumni, family members of international students, children under 6 years old, faculty and staff are temporarily unavailable. (Numbers need to be updated)

2. In accordance with the guidance and requirements of the consulate, the real-name registration is adopted for this collection. Please fill in the correct Chinese passport or valid ID number in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan when registering. CSSA and Panda Takeaway will ensure that applicants' personal information is not disclosed.

3. When receiving the health package, be sure to bring the original ID and student ID that are consistent with the registration number. The driver will be responsible for dispatching the driver to check your ID and confirm that the information is correct.

4. For students who are currently studying, please follow the instructions below to register. You cannot change them after registration. Note your personal information, and then it will be distributed uniformly

5. Non-students who meet the above requirements [1.] Please directly follow the [Distribution Process Schematic Diagram] to register with the nearest school. We will select the top 100 registered and qualified students to distribute. Please do not repeat registration in different schools, we will check with other schools, repeated registration will be invalid.

After placing the order, please add the panda takeaway assistant and send your name school and the photo of the front and back of the student ID for review. After the review, you can wait for the scheduled delivery time.
