Perle means "pearl" in French and the chef's first restaurant is named after his dead little daughter.It was six o'clock in the evening when I came to Perle, and I could feel the guests gradually starting to arrive.

 
I heard that Chef Dean Yasharian,Worked in many French Michelin restaurants in London and New York, Has also worked as a chef for Daniel Boloud, a three-Michelin-starred chef from Lyon, France, for many years, with a lot of experience.After years of experience in the kitchen, Dean has seen too many contemporary innovative dishes, but choosesStart with the simplest French family dishesOpen a restaurant-French country cuisine uses simple, fresh ingredients to remind the chef of the farm he grew up on.

But in general, their desserts are thick and heavy, which is not particularly suitable for me, but other people at the table like it very much and feel that the foundation is still very good.

Perle teamed up with several restaurants, including the Union next door, to work together to obtain a permit to convert the parking lot at the door into an outdoor dining venue.Although it is outdoor, the entire table layout, furniture, and layout are simple, but romantic and warm.It is not only suitable for couples dating, business negotiations, but also for family dinners.

I sit directly opposite the entrance to the underground parking lot. Sometimes I feel dazzling when I get out of the car directly opposite.
