Store layout

Let's start with the most touching durian glutinous rice. As a durian fan, durian snacks are currently not found in OC's morning tea shops, and durian crisps are also the main product in LA. Beef Burrito. The taste is ok, the portion is a bit small. Some OC shops in Taiwan are more delicious and affordable.

Traditional fried dough stick. Most of the morning tea shops don't sell fried dough sticks separately, but instead make them fried. They don't have two fried at home, but they have fritters and they are very fresh. The fried dough sticks are not as crisp as those in the country, and I feel a little owed to it.

Beef Ball / Phoenix Claw / Shrimp Dumpling King / Beef Loaf / Egg Tart. These traditional morning tea varieties do a good job.

Capelin. The multi-spring fish with salt and pepper has a little fishy smell, but because it is a salt and pepper flavor, and there are many caviar inside, and it is fried crispy, it tastes good.

Lobster porridge. You have to spit it. Although the porridge is not expensive, the lobster inside is not very fresh. Disappointed a little. If it is not a matter of raw materials, there must be some flaws in the approach.

Mara cake. People at the table praised it. OC doesn't have it, but Hyatt's mara cake is also one of my must-orders. The combination of brown sugar and pine nuts feels very nutritious.

Egg powder. This is a new thing, and I haven't eaten it in other places nearby. The pictures are crispy, but they are actually soft.

Double skin milk. It is also a feature of their home. The taste is good, the ginger and milk are well combined.

overall evaluation:
1. Morning tea with high price, higher than capital seafood. Their dinner positioning is also relatively high.
2. The environment is good and the decoration is quite particular, so the dining environment is very good.
3. Service is also good. Their morning tea is also ordered, there is no cart, and serving is a bit slow, but the waiter is very diligent in adding water to close.
4. There are few dishes and some traditional styles don't.
5. If they put their positioning in a relatively high-end category, it would be a bit unreasonable without their own website. Capital seafood is better.
