The first time I came to this restaurant was the garlic bacon, and I was amazed at the time. Although it feels that the onion is not fried with garlic, it ’s a bit wrong, but it ’s very fragrant and oily. It ’s exactly the same as my mom ’s style of cooking, but it ’s not too greasy. Not coming down.
The boss's accent was obviously not Flemish. I asked for a while. The boss said that he was a Taiwanese, but the master was invited from Hunan. The authentic Xiangtan master of Hunan cuisine. Their kitchen is completely transparent, and you can see the stove top covered with dried bacon, and the master is busy in it.
In all fairness, I think the taste of their bacon is not the same as the bacon smoked from wood chips smoked from childhood, but I'm not particularly good at that. I feel that bacon is just a form of processing pork. What I like more is that after the bacon is smoked, the fat becomes less greasy, the pork skin becomes harder and more chewy, and the lean meat is dipped into the smoke. The smoked flavor, this kind of bacon is sliced and fried with various dishes, and it is especially delicious.
For example, this dish of dried bacon, although it is not as tender as the tip of the bamboo shoots, is fried with bacon and completely absorbs the flavour of the bacon. It is paired with dried peppers, but it is not spicy. It's delicious.
Sour carob bacon is also highly recommended. Sour bean curd is very appetizing, and with the bacon to neutralize each other's taste, it is very suitable for fried dishes.
The only thing I haven't recommended is this bitter gourd stir-fried bacon. The bitter gourd is too old. It doesn't feel refreshing at all. It is very thick and it feels bitter when you eat it.
In addition to bacon, other Hunan dishes in their family are also very delicious, such as this Mao's braised pork, which is particularly appetizing when you look at it.

It is minced meat and green and red peppers, combined with tempeh, sour and spicy taste, quite appetizing. The bowl of old dry noodles that I ordered earlier is to use this sauce as a cover. The fried rice of the old godfather is also fried with that sauce. The tempeh, chili, minced onion and eggs, and the golden ingredients of the fried rice are all good. It ca n’t taste good, it smells too fragrant!
