The first time I came to this restaurant was the garlic bacon, and I was amazed at the time. Although it feels that the onion is not fried with garlic, it ’s a bit wrong, but it ’s very fragrant and oily. It ’s exactly the same as my mom ’s style of cooking, but it ’s not too greasy. Not coming down.

The boss's accent was obviously not Flemish. I asked for a while. The boss said that he was a Taiwanese, but the master was invited from Hunan. The authentic Xiangtan master of Hunan cuisine. Their kitchen is completely transparent, and you can see the stove top covered with dried bacon, and the master is busy in it.

In all fairness, I think the taste of their bacon is not the same as the bacon smoked from wood chips smoked from childhood, but I'm not particularly good at that. I feel that bacon is just a form of processing pork. What I like more is that after the bacon is smoked, the fat becomes less greasy, the pork skin becomes harder and more chewy, and the lean meat is dipped into the smoke. The smoked flavor, this kind of bacon is sliced ​​and fried with various dishes, and it is especially delicious.
